A two-character opera on a libretto by Eberhard Schmidt. With biographical notes. Premiered in Stockholm, December 2000. This work won the 1986 Carl-Maria-von-Weber-Preis für Kammeropern Dresden. There are two instrumental ensembles: one consists of piano, clarinet, cello and percussion -- the other contains three saxophones, trumpet, tuba, banjo, and drums. Duration ca. 40 minutes.
