In eight sections, played without a break. Commissioned by and dedicated to the contemporary music ensemble Kokoro. Premiered in Dorset, April 2008. Scored for flute (piccolo, alto flute), clarinet (bass clarinet), trumpet, percussion, piano, violin, viola and cello. Duration ca. 15 minutes.
