Composed in Iceland in the summer of 1996 during the composer's residency there as a Fulbright Research Scholar. The work is an apotheosis on Timmen og Vatnid by Stein Steinarr (1900-1958) and is dedicated to hornist Paul Basler. With program note. Duration: ca. 13 minutes.
